The Inside Out Trilogy by Lisa Renee Jones, also includes the add on Novellas

OK so I'm going to start from the beginning of the series with 'If I Were You' which I was very lucky to win a signed copy, but that aside I would always have read this series any way as I'm a big fan of Lisa Renee Jones.
When Sara McMillan finds a stack of journals in a storage unit, she’s shocked and enthralled by the erotic life the writer led. Unable to stop reading, she vicariously lives out dark fantasies through Rebecca, the writer—until the terrifying final entry.

Certain something sinister has happened, Sara sets out to discover the facts, immersing herself in Rebecca’s life. Soon she’s working at the art gallery Rebecca worked at and meeting Rebecca’s friends. Finding herself drawn to two dangerously sexy men, the manager of the gallery and a famed artist, Sara realizes she’s going down the same path Rebecca took. But with the promise of her dark needs being met by a man with confident good looks and a desire for control, she’s not sure anything else matters. Just the burn for more

A great start to the series, nicely written with suspense and passion.  Sara , after reading the journals Rebecca has written, lands her self a job at Mark Compton's art gallery in the hope of finding out what happened to Rebecca only to be slowly sucked into the world of BDSM herself.  The saying curiosity killed the cat is a worrying thought that I can't shake as I continue to read. An Excellent read.  Warning, cliff hanger ahead x

Kept under lock and key, discovered by chance, dangerous new secrets and scintillating adventures lie within Rebecca’s private diaries—searing scenes from a passionate journey inside a world where pain is pleasure, pleasure is pain, and where every limit she once had is no more.

The Seduction
Rebecca’s daring first encounter with the Master . . .

The Contract
Once she is his, there’s no turning back . . .

His Submissive
Passion and torment become one . . .

My Master
It’s Rebecca’s turn to take control . . .

And told from his point of view,
The Master Undone
Shattered after Rebecca walks away, he questions his need to control. But when a challenging new woman revives him and then disappears, he knows one thing: he must have more. . . .

5 Novellas in this book, 4 to be read straight after 'If I were you' and 1 to be savored later after 'Being Me' book 2.  Rebecca's journals are an incite into her emotional life as the BDSM lifestyle begins to blur into her day to day life and the struggle to keep it separate.
I thought this was going to be more erotic than it was but it was still a good read and by the end of 'My Master I am reduced to tears by the heartbreaking decision Rebecca feels she has to take.

Fascinated by the dark fantasies in the journals she’s discovered, and the two men who have now found a place in her life, Sara McMillan finds herself torn between her new life and her past. Now, more than ever, Sara identifies with the lost journal writer, Rebecca, and is certain that something sinister has happened.

In the arms of the sexy, tormented artist Chris Merit, Sara seeks answers about Rebecca and ends up discovering things about herself she never knew existed. Chris forces Sara to reconsider who she is and what she truly wants from life, but not before his dark desires threaten to tear them apart. Her boss, Mark Compton, offers her the shelter to understand just what those needs mean to her, and what they might have meant to Rebecca, but can she trust him to lead her to a final conclusion to Rebecca’s story?

Another great read.  You finally find out what happens to Rebecca thanks to the boys from Walker Security (read the Tall, Dark and Deadly series to catch up with those sexy boys) I love it when two series collide, its like catching up with old friends.
The only thing I would say is considering everyone in the book seems to be evolved in the BDSM scene, it all seems a bit vanilla.

*** The Master Undone is a part of the Inside Out trilogy, and is told from his POV. ***

I told him goodbye, and I will not call him. I know if I do, it will be my undoing, and I'll once again be caught up in his spell. I will once again be...lost.

In her private journals, Rebecca laid bare her soul, revealing her obsession for the one man whose erotic demands captivated her imagination--and enslaved her forever. Now, with Rebecca no longer in his life he is lost, questioning everything he thought he knew about himself and about control he holds in such high regard. One women will reach out to heal him and then turn away, leaving him haunted. She is nothing he thought he wanted and somehow everything he needs. He tells himself to forget her but he cannot escape his desire for her. He has to have more..

Out of all the novellas so far in this series this one has to be my favorite. Mark goes home to be with his parents after discovering what happened to Rebecca. His mother is having surgery for breast cancer and Mark discovers Crystal can be a welcome distraction. An excellent quick read.

You've discovered Rebecca's secrets. You've discovered Sara's secrets. Now Sara will discover "his" deepest, darkest secrets...but will those secrets bind them together--or tear them apart?

After reading some of the reviews on Goodreads I was beginning to worry about the book, was worried it wouldn't be as good as the others but O how I was wrong, nothing to fear here, it was fabulous.
The erotica is just that little bit more spicy and there's quite a bit more suspense. OMG the end! for all those who DNF, I feel sorry for you, I thought the epilogue was the best bit. I'm biting my nails in anticipation of book 4.

In a world where my only escape has been my art, Sara has been the light in my darkness. And there is darkness, the kind of inky black that can bleed from my life to hers.

She doesn't see it. She doesn't understand what I've shown her. And my biggest fear is that soon...she will.

This novella is Chris Merit's POV and it begins straight after Revealing Us ends.
The story continues in Paris, You learn what happened to Chris and you get an inkling into what makes him tick.  Sara gets to see the painted dragons and the real dragons in Chris's Paris life.  I Loved this but it was over far to quick for me and I just want more...

Boys Next Door by Sommer Marsden

Three Men, One Woman, Maximum Passion

Never in her hottest dreams did Farrell McGee expect a move to Tower Terrace to be such an erotic roller coaster ride.

"Good luck getting your key. I’m the middle house across the road should you need anything. At all," he said. The tone, the words, the accent on the anything. Oh god, he was one of those men. Men who had tons of self assurance and sexual prowess and total faith in their bedroom abilities. Those men were dangerous.

Starting over at twenty eight, Farrell McGee discovers sleepy Tower Terrace teeming with handsome men. Well, maybe not teeming, but three heart-stopping men do live across the road from her.

Despite feeling she's fallen backwards into a fairytale, complete with a big stone tower, a local legend and missing love letters, it becomes clear that all three of her neighbours have a sensual grip on her. She's powerless to choose just one, and just as powerless to get them out of her head or her bed. Deke, the devilish good boy who's superb at being bad. Coop, so often annoying in his gruffness, but oh so dominant where it counts. And Stephen the pretty, sweet, slightly submissive one. Her sex life has never been so good and her heart never so torn. She needs to choose one man, when she's not ready to give up any of them. But deep down she knows who she wants

Hot steamy action from the first page but soon wears a bit thin as there's more sex than storyline to the book and I'm finding I'm scanning through the sex scenes the further I get in to the book just in the hope of finding some thing more interesting.  This would have been a good book if a little more thought had gone into the writing, it needs more depth.  I disliked the crudeness of some of the descriptions and it could have been more sensual but THEN, just when I think this is going to be a standard read  the last couple of chapters are captivating.  They have feeling and emotion, everything the rest of the book didn't have and I'm now feeling robbed that the rest of the book wasn't the same.

In the end the last few chapter more than make up for the rest, this is an adult read and I did enjoy it in the end.

His House of Submission by Justine Elyot

He's a collector with some kinky interests on the side. She's here to catalogue his most prized possessions. But will she end up being one of them?

Sarah arrives at Jasper Jay's country house thinking she has been hired to take an inventory of his large collection of historical artifacts. But when she and her lover, Will, are caught by Jasper sneaking a peek at some of his more private pieces, she starts to suspect a more ulterior motive.

Alone with Jasper in his secluded manor, Sarah finds herself enthralled by the enigmatic collector. Pretty soon, they’re entangled in an intense relationship of domination and submission that excludes the rest of the world.

Until it intrudes, in the form of a vengeful Will, bent on exposing everything his erstwhile boss has worked so hard to keep secret

Sorry but I thought this book was pretty naff, not much of a storyline, characters had no real depth and I didn't have any emotional attachment to any of them.  Thankfully a short read

Deadly Beginnings (Kinncaid Brothers) by Jaycee Clark

Jaycee Clark is best known for her Deadly books, a series of romantic suspense novels featuring the very sexy Kinncaid brothers. But before Aiden, Ian, Brayden, Gavin, and Quinlan there was Jock Kinncaid, the charismatic patriarch to the Kinncaid family, and Kaitlyn O’Reilly, the woman who captured his heart forever.

Kaitlyn O’Reilly, an RN, believed she’d found love with the charming and well-liked surgeon she’d met at work. Landon Goldburg was kind, attentive, and she thought they had so much in common. Now engaged, the good doctor has quickly become the man of her nightmares. As he grows more controlling and violent, Kaitlyn wants her freedom.

Jock Kinncaid can’t stop thinking about the quietly beautiful—and engaged—redhead he met at a fund-raising gala months ago. He knows a spitfire lurks beneath the surface of this woman who’s invaded his dreams, and he knows she’s exactly what’s been missing from his otherwise ideal life. When a chance meeting throws the two of them together again, Jock swears he won’t let her get away this time.

But even as Jock vows to protect the woman he loves and Kaitlyn struggles to trust Jock and the passion between them, the deranged doctor is bent on destroying them both, even if it means killing the only thing he loves.

 Excellent.
Just my kind of book. Weirdo has the girl, good guy gets the girl and lives happily ever after. This is an excellent one to start with if your like me and haven't read the deadly series, also listed as 0.5 in the series it was released after the other 5. The story centres around Jock Kinncaid and how he saves Kaitlyn O’Reilly and the birth of Aiden ( Aidens story, first 1 of the series https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... )

I must read for romantic thriller lovers.

Just the right amount scary moments and steamy scenes. I'm sure am going to love the rest of the series, I've just started book 1
